Spring Cleaning Ooopsie...

Hi everyone! Oh man, I've been a bad bad blogger... I wanted to to this at least 3-4 times a week, but I don't know what happened! I promise to be more frequent in the future! Any who... Lately I've been doing some spring cleaning that consists of getting rid of old clothes that I would never wear again (a lot of "WTF WAS I THINKING" moments there, lol), and re-organizing my closet, shoes, and handbags shelves. So far so good. I packed away the winter coats and heavy sweaters, and my handbag shelves isn't so packed anymore, made it a lot easier to find all the bags I'd like wear. The only problem is... I have wayyy too much clothes that I don't want anymore! I'm planning to take them to Crossroads in Pasadena so I could try to make a little money off of them, but Crossroads are very trendy and seasonal, so now I still have to organize those old clothes into summer and winter clothes... Might not sound too bad, but they're all pretty much in a shape of a mini mountain... literally! It's been 3 weeks since I started and I still haven't touch it.

On top of that, I just HAD to buy more clothes... It's tough to be a girl, lol! I think I just found my new favorite clothing store though. Most of the time I just shop at Forever21 or H&M, but that results in many girls wearing the same thing as you! embarrassing right? So last week as I was walking around the mall, I came across Francesca's Collections. I was in heaven... Everything was so girly and cute! So I came out with these lovely things.

Fighting Women's Cancer

Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a good weekend! It was such a fun-filled one for me, but if I'm going to write everything about it, it'll be too long, and I don't want to bore you all. I know my posts have been incredibly long, but bare with me, I'm still trying to get used to this. So let's start with the Revlon Run/Walk for women's cancer that my friend and I did on Saturday morning. For those who have read my previous post, I signed up for this event with the goal of raising $250 that I reached within a day, because I have such great family and friends!!! But I wanted to see if I could do better and raised my goal to $500. By the day of, I reached $525. My faith in humanity has been restored once again lol. So I'd like to thank everyone that donated on my behalf, I am truly blessed to have you all in my life. I did this for my aunt that we lost to breast cancer 11 years ago, and for all the women out there.

Happy Halfweek

Happy Wednesday everyone! How did you all start off your weekdays? I've been at work, nothing new there, but been running at the Rosebowl loop afterwards. Last night I did some hill training. Gotta get ready for the Revlon Run/Walk this weekend.

New Find: The Three YSL

Good evening all! or should I say good morning since it is in the AM... I should be sleeping because tomorrow I am going on a bike ride with some friends at 9 AM, but... can't sleep! >< I've just realized that I haven't posted anything about the first "F" on my blog! which is Fashion... Since I got one of these lovely babies today, I thought hmm... this would make a good first fashion post. I've always liked YSL, but never really thought about owning one since my passion is Chanel. But because of Chanel's ridiculous price increases, I find myself looking for lower priced luxury brands these days and YSL is at the top of my list.

It just so happen that there are many websites, such as Rue la la and Belle & Clive, that sells authentic luxury brand items for less than their retail prices. However, their sale usually lasts for only 1-2 days, and the good stuff will most likely be sold out within the first 10 minutes. I was lucky enough to snatch my first YSL Tribute Sandal in Pacific (navy blue) straw-embossed patent leather from Rue la la.

And They Lived Happily Ever After...

Happy Tuesday everyone!!! Wow, I can't believe that it is May already!!! It's ridiculous how fast time goes by when you're all grown up... Feels like it was a lot slower when you were a kid don't you think? Anyway, what better way to start the new month by posting about the start of my dear friends' new lives as husband and wife! That's right! This past weekend was their wedding, and it was absolutely beautiful!!! And she planned every single thing by herself, how awesome is she??? She's definitely planning mine, whenever that is... hahaha.

Just a little bit about the newlyweds and the proposal, they've been together for 6 years now and they both LOVE Disney, as much as my boyfriend and I. So one day last April, we met up at Disneyland (all of us are passholders) for our usual double date. The whole day me and the bride to be were talking about weddings, what color schemes we wanted, how many bridesmaids, how big the cake, how big the dress, what neckline, and you can only guess what else, lol! Throughout the day, the groom to be wanted to take a picture in front of the castle, but she kept saying "Why? we always take castle picture... do we need to? no? okay then let's go!" He tried again later on at night right before the firework and I said "It's too crowded right now, everyone's waiting for the firework, let's just go after it's done" And honestly I didn't think we were going to because we'll probably be too tired by the end of the night. But as we were going towards the exit passing the partner statue, I remembered and asked if they still wanted to take castle pics, and he said yes. As we were lining up in front of the castle, we were still talking about weddings, then it was our turn. First it was me and my boyfriend, then we took a group picture, then it was them. I was walking away from where we took picture and when I turn around, he was already on his knee!
